Athletic shoes recommended for this non-skating event.

Registration Deadline:  Thursday, October 6, 2011

Entry fee: $40

• Entry fee due with registration form and includes a T-shirt and 18* 2 drink tickets per player
• 2-Players per team – male, female, coed teams allowed.  Must be 21 yrs or older to play
• Tournament limited to 50 teams

NO REFUNDS once registered

Format/Rules: Will use a 2 person team, double elimination, “skunk rule” (11-0) format. Rules of the ACA will apply

Players may also register in person at the Ice Den Administration Office.  Players may also call the Ice Den at 480-473-5811 and have a form faxed or emailed to them.

OPENING NIGHT VIEWING PARTY!

PHOENIX COYOTES vs SAN JOSE SHARKS (7:30pm)

After Cornhole, all are invited to attend a post-tournament party in 18 Degrees at the Ice Den.  Great food and beverage specials will be available.  In addition, players should stick around as 18 Degrees will also be the OFFICAL VIEWING PARTY for the PHOENIX COYOTES opening game!  Coyotes vs San Jose Sharks… puck drops at 7:30pm!
